All I can say is thank goodness Adventure Boot Camp started again today (Monday 5th July). I had been missing it soooooooooo much and after missing the last week of camp 3 because I was sick and then having a two week switch week I was starting to stress that I was losing all the hard work and fitness that I had put into it over past few months. I was missing my friends and training alone just doesn’t work for me.
Tonight’s class was not as cold as I thought it would be and thankfully I wasn’t as unfit as I was the very first time I started boot camp. If feel great tonight after being back at training and I am still extremely motivated and can feel and see my results and I know that I will push myself to the best of my ability this camp and I will definatly make the effort to keep my word and blog on a far regular basis.

CAMP 3
Ok so in my last post I said that I would blog more often which clearly hasn't been happening. I'm just not a regular blogger huh, not in me but guess I'm gonna have to make an extra concerted effort to blog on a far more regular basis.
Right so let me quickly catch you up on what's been going on since the last time I blogged which was the whole issue with the scale and well I was waiting to find out how many centimeters I had lost in the last camp which I'm thrilled to say was a total of 21 cm all round so all in all in two camps I have lost 36 cm all round which I am extremely thrilled with.
Last week was the first week of camp 3 which I'm now attending 5 days a week.
It's defiantly getting a lot harder for me in this cold weather tho with my asthma as my chest just closes up with this cold but it doesn't stop me from continuing. I am extremely motivated and driven which is awesome because each day is one step closer to my goal.
I must be honest though with the weather as cold as it is today I know I'll be dragging myself there but once I'm there there's not stopping me.

BLOGGING HABIT
WOW I've been terrible with my blogging and I have to make a concerted effort to blog on a more regular basis.
So boot camp the last 2 sessions have been quite hectic but I think it's because the cold air and my asthma don't go so well together.
I'm still loving boot camp and have been following my eating plan just like i did the 1st camp and it's become a way of life which is fantastic.
I weighed myself this morning and it says that I have PUT ON weight which I am just finished about. Everyone that I have told has said to me that muscle mass weighs more than fat which I know but it's still so soul destroying to think that I have failed this camp in my results.
I will know my centimeter loss tomorrow which I know is the best way to tell but as for the way I'm feeling right now I'm just heart broken.
What it means for me now though is that I now need to work twice as hard from this second and if I thought I was strict before well then I ain't seen nothing yet because I am going to be even stricter on myself!!!

TOUGH SESSION
Finally I've found some time to relax and blog quickly about yesterdays boot camp.
I can't lie I defiantly struggled yesterday. As you know by now Wednesday is Cardio day so we did loads of squats, running, shuffling, etc, etc
Thankfully I'm managing to keep my hunger at bay now that it's getting colder.
I still can't believe that tomorrow is the last day of week 3 .... time is just flying by sooooooo quickly and well I must admit that I am getting extremely anxious about weighing and measuring next week.
Guess time will tell huh .... :-)

SHAPE DAY
Boot Camp goes on whether the sun is shinning, gale force wind, rain, etc, etc so as the torrential thunderstorm started yesterday afternoon all I could think about was OH MY WORD I still have to go to boot camp in all this ... seeesh.
Luckily though the rain stopped but there was still a definite chill in the air. The evidence of the torrential thunderstorm was there as the field at boot camp just had puddles EVERYWHERE but thankfully for corridors and shelter.
Halfway through boot camp though it started raining again along with a wind which was extremely cold but we still carried on.
So yesterday was Shape Day which meant that we did exercises that where from the Shape Magazine .... Seeesh I've seen some of them in the magazine but it's amazing how much easier they look on paper.
I still pushed myself through the session as usual and I'm really feeling great. Everyday and week just gets better and better.
I can't believe that we are already in the 3rd week of camp 2. Time is just flying.
One thing I will say is that now that it's getting a lot colder I am finding that I am getting hungrier which is a problem because then all I want to do is eat but I am working hectically on controlling that urge thankfully.
I am sticking to my plan and have decided to swap my 2 liters of cold water for hot water and lemon which is great because it's keeping me warm and I'm still having my required amount of water per day.
So today I am taking it easy so that I am ready for boot camp tomorrow again!

FOOTIE THURSDAY
Seesh ok I finally have time to quickly fill you in on yesterdays Adventure Boot Camp before I rush off to this evenings one.
As you have already gathered yesterday was "Footie Thursday" at camp. We had to dress up in our best footie outfits amd for those of us who didn't have any football attire could wear the footie colours and well for those who forgot well that was that they forget :-)
Anyways we did most of our exercises with soccer balls, even an ab work out, yes it was killer but as I mentioned before I just keep on reminding myself that each burn is one step closer to my goal.
We had so much fun, yip you read right FUN, we played soccer to end off camp last night and I know that everyone who was there will agree with me that we had a blast.

Update
Right so I haven't blogged the last couple of days purely because we didn't have electricity for almost 48 hours which believe you me was sooooo frustrating but thankfully all is restored so now I can give you an update from the last few days.
I was all ready to go to boot camp on Monday but after arriving at work and then leaving early 'coz of Tuesday being a public holiday once I was home all snug and warm I decided to rather do boot camp Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week so I was cool with that because I would still be getting my 3 days of training.
Then lo and behold while I was at home all snug like a bug I looked at the clock and saw that it was 18h30 and guess what happened .... yip, yip, yip I started feeling guilty that I hadn't gone to boot camp and felt like I was missing out terribly even tho I knew that I was still gonna train the same amount this week as the previous ones but I had just swapped my days around which clearly will not be happening very often.
So Tuesday was just a right off because we had NO electricity and neither did we have electricity yesterday.
I couldn't wait to get to boot camp yesterday because I had really missed it. So we did our timed run which I actually walked because my asthma and the cold weather do not go well together at all. The distance was defiantly a bit longer than our usual route but it still went well for me. I finished in 13m 45sec which I will defiantly improve the last week of camp two.
After we had done our test run / walk it was time to really get into our workout which being Wednesday it was cardio, cardio and more cardio. In the beginning I was struggling and as Chirene said to me "that's what happens when you miss 4 days of camp" hee hee :-)
My legs where burning and I could feel every single move I made ... was wondering how I was actually gonna drive home but it was all good because I know that every ache and burn is one step closer to my goal.
I have still been doing well with my eating plan and have decided to be even more disciplined then I already have so far.
